为庆祝中国西班牙建交五十周年,由⻢德⾥⽂化部、西班牙画家和雕塑家协会、中⻄⽂化促进交流协会、⻄班⽛新丝路协会、中西文化促进交流协会(APCC)等机构联合主办,于马德里Pipo Velasco⻘年艺术中⼼举办了《中国西班牙当代艺术交流展》,展览于2024年4⽉18⽇开幕,并将持续展出至5⽇30日。此次展览由艾海Ai Hai担任总策展人;冀枞Ji Cong、丹楠Dan Nan担任联合策展人;RAFA JUAN PABLO ARANCE担任助理策展人。
展览汇聚了来自中国、西班牙、美国、墨西哥等多国的60位艺术家。
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Spain, the "Chinese Spain Contemporary Art Exchange Exhibition" was held at the Pipo Velasco Art Center in Madrid, which opened on April 18, 2024 and will continue to be on display until May 30, 2024, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture of Malaysia, the Association of Spain Painters and Sculptors, the Association for the Promotion and Exchange of Chinese and Western Cultures, the New Silk Road Association of Spain, the Association for the Promotion and Exchange of Chinese and Western Cultures (APCC) and other institutions. Ai Hai is the chief curator of the exhibition. Ji Cong and Dan Nan served as co-curators; RAFA JUAN PABLO ARANCE IS THE ASSISTANT CURATOR.
The exhibition brings together 60 artists from China, Spain, United States, Mexico and other countries.

Brief introduction
Francisco Barros is an accomplished digital creator with a solid background in computer systems engineering and digital media. Barros has been involved in a number of important projects with well-known organizations including Packt Publishing, Vodafone, Google, Bemo, Paramount+, Digital Domain and NHK.
His work spans a wide range of skills and projects, including writing books on 3D asset creation, consulting for virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR) development, and working on high-end development projects as a UX engineer at Google. Barros' expertise in Unreal Engine has been critical to creating virtual environments, developing tools and plugins, and integrating virtual production systems, as evidenced by his work on the upcoming TV series The King of Killers and his contributions to the development of advanced autonomous avatars at Digital Domain.
As the founder and CEO of XR Tales, Barros has demonstrated his leadership and innovation in virtual production, leading projects to optimize production capacity and develop immersive experiences and games using in-camera VFX. His technical skills include proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and C#, as well as extensive experience using software such as Unreal Engine, Maya, and Blender.
Barros' portfolio showcases his versatility as an engineer, artist, and executive producer, with notable projects including the short film The Lion and the Firebird and the fantastical surreal virtual reality experience presented at Siggraph Asia 2022. Brief introduction
Wang Xi is a digital media artist based at Refik Anadol Studio. He is now a member of the Visual Effects Society (VES) and the Association of Computer Institutions (ACM). Born in China in 1983. He graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 2007 and received his MFA in Animation and Digital Art from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California in 2020. His focus is on immersive design and generative AI art. Wang's media artworks merge time and space through the construction of concrete and surreal worlds through non-human protagonists. These works reflect his sensitive thinking about culture and his exploration of the times. Over the years, he has been engaged in independent art creation and participated in many art projects, and his animation works have been exhibited by the Getty Museum and other museums. His immersive animated short film, Illusory Land, was exhibited at the Siggraph Aisa 2022 Art Gallery. In 2021-2020, his real-time animated short film Metamorphosis won the Thomas · Black Maria Film Festival 40th Anniversary Best Director Award. Nominated for the Telluride Film Festival Student Award, the Carmaden Bay Film Festival in United Kingdom, the Encounter International Film Festival, the Montreal International Animation Film Festival, etc. He has also worked on some of the most important Hollywood studio projects, including Black Panther: Wakanda Immortal, Dune 2, the TV series The End of United States, as well as several music videos, album cover design, and animated discipline films.
